White beans cooked and mildly seasoned - practically ready to eat. To make the puree, you boil dried white beans, mash them and then deep-fry the whole thing in a little oil. It is seasoned with onions, salt and pepper.

The white beans taste slightly milder than the black ones. Great in taste, easy to prepare, good for a low cholesterol diet and without preservatives. Perfect for vegetarians.

Beans are one of the most popular ingredients in Mexican cuisine - enjoy them as a dip or as a side dish.
