This is a special paste. It is obtained from the seeds of the capsules of the annatto bush and is a traditional spice of the Mayan culture. A very special and authentic delicacy as a marinade for meat, fish and poultry. Such as "Cochinita Pibil", easy to prepare yourself. 100 g is enough for approx. 3 kg of meat. Without synthetic colouring.
