Traditional Mexican dish of tortilla chips and tomato salsa. Served for breakfast or lunch. 1 package is enough for 4 servings. La Sierra's Chilaquiles taste almost like homemade - only much easier to prepare.

The package contains corn tortilla chips and green sauce made with tomato, onion, cilantro, garlic and chile serrano.

Arrange on the plate with beans (frijoles), creme fraiche, onions and cheese. A fried egg also tastes great with it! Some also like chicken meat or steak with it. Make sure to serve the salsa nice and hot, but don't let the chips get soggy.
