The dark brown sauce is typically made with over 30 ingredients like chilies, nuts, spices, veggies, chocolate and many other ingredients - including almonds, making it sweeter than the original mole. The enigmatic and all-around delicious sauce is tedious and time-consuming to prepare. Luckily, Doña Maria did all the heavy work for us and presents this ready-to-eat mole sauce.
