Brazil's most popular cheese bun. They are made from cassava flour, eggs and cheese and can be bought on every street corner - not just for breakfast, but also as a snack in between. Absolutely delicious!

Preparation tip:

Mix the Yoki ready-mix with 2 eggs and 100 ml water and knead until a homogeneous dough is formed. Shape it into approx. 15-20 rolls and bake at 180 degrees for approx. 20 minutes (depending on the degree of browning and the type of oven).
