Shipping and Payment Terms

Delivery is made within the country (Germany) and to the following countries:

all countries in Europe including Switzerland.

Shipping costs are plus VAT.

Deliveries within Germany:

Deliveries within the country are from 800,- € purchase value free of charge. 

For a purchase value under 800,- € shipping costs will be charged. These depend on the total weight of the order and thus the shipping method (parcel shipping or freight), as well as your postal code. 

After the order is received and before the goods are shipped, we will send you a order confirmation with the applicable shipping costs. 

Deliveries abroad:

• Prepayment by bank transfer (as a new customer, or at least for the first two orders)
• Payment by invoice (earliest from the 3rd order or by arrangement)

Payment by invoice is possible from the 3rd order at the earliest. The invoice amount must be settled within 14 days when paying by invoice.
