Maizena Cajeta (caramel) 47 g, for preparing a typical Mexican “atole”. Atole is a drink made from water, corn flour and sugar. The original version is flavoured with vanilla and cinnamon, but many other varieties are also very popular. It is somewhat similar to pudding, but more liquid. A delicious sweet treat.
