Zaaschila: Mexican Flavor with Innovation and Tradition

Zaaschila is a 100% Mexican brand, founded in November 1996 in San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo León. It is backed by the company Alimentos Tres G, SAPI de CV. From the very beginning, the brand has been driven by a passion for the culinary diversity of Mexico. The founder's goal was to develop unique and innovative recipes for hot sauces, dressings, and condiments – always with the highest quality standards and an international focus.

The name Zaaschila comes from a region in Oaxaca, the cradle of Zapotec culture. This demonstrates the brand's deep connection to Mexican roots and traditions. This cultural connection is reflected in products that combine the authentic taste of Mexico with a modern twist.

Zaaschila's mission is to produce and market top-quality products with differentiation and innovation that meet consumer expectations in Mexico and worldwide. The vision: to be present in every home and bring authentic Mexican flavor to every table.

A significant milestone was the introduction of the first bottled guacamole in Mexico – a true innovation in the sauce industry. Today, Zaaschila offers a wide range of products, including:

• Scharfe und cremige Saucen (z. B. Taquera 3 Chiles, Chipotle Cremosa, Mango & Habanero, Guacamole & Habanero)
• Dressings and vinaigrettes (Citrus & Ginger, Chili & Lime, Mango & Serrano)
• Natural sweeteners (agave syrup and maple-flavored agave syrup)

Zaaschila continues to innovate and develop products that combine tradition and modernity – with the aim of making something delicious out of something good, as their motto says.
